Their platform was not user-friendly, regularly leading to complex navigation and trading mishaps, and their customer service was extremely poor. Responses to inquiries were sluggish and lacked crucial information. Worst of all, I experienced unnecessary delays in withdrawals and hidden fees that were never clearly explained.
