My experience with FTM Brokers was unquestionably disappointing. Firstly, their customer service was horrendous, they were neither helpful nor professional. There was also a striking lack of transparency in terms of fees and commissions. Moreover, I found the platform to be extremely outdated and not user-friendly at all. I found it virtually impossible to initiate and execute trades without encountering glitches. With hidden fees, poor customer service, and a clunky platform, I would not recommend FTM Brokers to anyone.
