  1. As a beginner in investing, I have several disappointments with the broker, ImportCapital:

    1. Lack of communicative skills: I feel that there has been a lack of clear and straightforward communication. As a beginner, I heavily rely on guidance and advice, but I can’t seem to get a hold of my broker as often as I need. It’s quite disappointing.

    2. Inadequate guidance for beginners: I find your services not particularly newbie-friendly. You don’t have enough teaching tools and resources for beginners who are still learning about the stock market.

    3. High commission rates: Even for small transactions, the commission rates seem disproportionately high. As a beginner, I’m not yet investing large amounts of money, so these high rates really eat into my potential profits.

    4. Services are not up to par with the fees: Despite paying high fees and commissions, I feel that I do not receive services of an equivalent standard. For example, the trading platform is often slow and crashes from time to time, which is quite frustrating.

    5. Delayed responses to queries: As a beginner, I have many queries to clarify. However, I feel that the broker does not place adequate importance in answering these inquiries quickly, leaving me in the dark and this could potentially lead to wrong decisions in investing.

    6. Lack of transparency: I feel there’s not enough transparency when it comes to disclosing hidden costs. For example, some transaction fees and account maintenance fees were not made clear to me when I started, which is quite disappointing.

In conclusion, while I believe ImportCapital has its strengths, there is a considerable room for improvement, especially when it comes to catering to beginners.
