My experience with UFT Group has been highly disappointing. The broker service they promised is far from what I received. They showed a complete lack of transparency. Navigation on their website was confusing and I found their overall platform to be unresponsive and inefficient. The customer service was quite appalling. They took days to respond to any of my queries. Moreover, there seems to be hidden charges that they did not disclose at the beginning. I am really displeased with the lack of accountability from UFT Group. It is an experience I never wish to relive. I would not recommend it to anyone.
