Their customer service was extremely poor; it would take days for them to respond to my queries and even when they did, their responses were vague and unhelpful. The platform itself was difficult to navigate and incurred frequent technical glitches. It was also incessantly slow and unresponsive. Moreover, their high transactional fees and hidden charges were a nasty surprise. I found their educational resources to be obsolete, unfortunately adding no value to my trading skill set.
