The Russian school Fin-Ra is located in St. Petersburg and specializes in teaching safe online investing. The founder and owner of the school is Dmitry Pavlovich Tolstyakov.

Our Programs

Students can choose from any of the seven educational programs:

• “Portfolio Investor” with tariff plans:
• “Conservative” – cost 24,000 rubles,
• “Moderate” – cost 49,500 rubles,
• “Aggressive” – 79,200 rubles,
• VIP – cost 139,000, with individual support.
• “Investments for Civil Servants” and “Foreign Investments” with different tariffs.
• “Money is Always There” and “Financials in Order” with curator support options.

Also available is the “Portfolio Investor Club” for 15,000 rubles per year or 120,000 rubles for 10 years.

Affiliate Program

We offer partners 7% of the course fees for referrals. Clients receive a referral link and a bonus in the form of a five percent discount.

We also offer paid investment consultations for 3,000 and 5,000 rubles per hour.
