My experience with GTTC as a broker was incredibly disappointing and frustrating. Their support service was significantly lacking, often leaving me on hold for several minutes and not returning my calls. The fees for their service were also higher than most competitors but the service delivered didn’t justify this high cost. Not to mention, their platform was riddled with glitches and was not user-friendly. I was utterly dissatisfied with the lack of transparency regarding hidden charges. All these issues have led me to believe that GTTC does not value its customers. I’d advise anyone considering this broker to be careful and consider other more reliable options.
