MyChargeBack

About Us

We are a large chargeback company with American roots, part of the American organization Cactil. Our company MyChargeBack provides services for refunding funds from broker sites, binary options, cryptocurrency platforms, and ICOs both in Russia and abroad.

History

MyChargeBack was founded in 2016 by Mark Timmons. He himself fell victim to broker scammers, which led to the creation of our company. We are registered in the state of Delaware, with the main office located in New York. Currently, we are represented in the USA, UK, Israel, Norway, and Russia, with an office in Moscow at Presnenskaya Embankment, building 12, 28th floor, office #16.

Services and Cost

We provide consulting services and handle fund withdrawals. To start the refund process, the client needs to submit a request for a free consultation, providing the broker’s name, their email, phone number, and the amount lost. Clients can also contact us at the number listed on the website. The cost of services is discussed individually with each client.

Refund Process

  • Filing a transaction dispute with the issuing bank.
  • Investigation by the issuing bank (up to 45 days).
  • Review by the acquiring bank (up to 45 days).
  • Notification of the claim to the broker.
  • Disputing or satisfying the broker’s demands.
  • Refunding the client.

Advantages and Disadvantages

We have nearly five years of experience and positive reviews on our Russian and English platforms. The negatives include the lack of public information on the cost of our services.

Feedback

Both positive and negative reviews about our work are presented on the website. We value feedback and are always ready to help clients solve their problems.
