I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Trust Markets. Their customer service is non-responsive and unhelpful. Several requests for assistance were simply ignored. The interface is very user-unfriendly and complex to navigate through. There is also a severe lack of clarity in terms of commission rates and hidden costs. Unexpected charges that were not disclosed earlier were surprisingly reflecting on my account. They also do not provide any effective educational resources for beginners, as they propose. I had a lot of expectation from them as a broker but they turned out to be a nightmare. I would not recommend Trust Markets to anyone.
