Yasmin
My experience with Windsor Brokers was extremely disappointing. The customer service is virtually nonexistent, demonstrating a clear lack of concern for clients. There were constant delays in processing transactions, which eventually resulted in considerable financial losses on a number of deals I was working on. Even worse, when I flagged up my concerns to their support team, I received no constructive feedback, only generic responses. The hidden fees and charges they impose are also unjustifiable and make trading with them not worth it. I wouldn’t recommend Windsor Brokers to anyone online trading.
