I had a terrible experience with WNXJY as my broker. The level of unprofessionalism and incompetence was unbelievable. They were constantly unavailable when I needed assistance and failed to give me accurate, essential information pertaining to my investments. There was a lack of transparency that left me feeling uneasy and disappointed. Their customer service was poor, responses were mostly delayed and their recommendations often led to losses. Overall, I am seriously dissatisfied with their service and I would not recommend WNXJY to anyone.
